Out and Backs
Obviously, any run can be an "out and back" if you don't want to do a loop. However, we have a couple runs that we generally only do as "out and back" kind of runs. Some of them are already listed under other categories, but I figured I'd list them again here amongst the rest of their kind. And of course, a lot of "out and back" runs can be turned into loops, so get creative if you want to. The distances I've listed below are just for ONE way, so if you set out to do "Bike Path to Rail Trail" all the way out AND back, you'll do a total of 13.5, not 6.75...however, the beauty of an "out and back," as boring as it may be, is that you can easily adjust the distance by simply turning around.
